Our team was responsible for the development of both the customer-facing product and the internal system. The internal system is designed to efficiently manage customers and various elements related to the product, ensuring a seamless integration of services and user experience.

Backgrounds and Objectives:

Zentap, a marketing agency, initially provided services to its clients entirely through manual processes. The agency aimed to automate certain workflows within its business to enhance customer handling capacity and facilitate scalable growth.

Solution Development:

During the initial development phase, we conducted extensive product meetings, lasting an hour each, two to three times weekly. These sessions focused on discovery and the creation of user stories and requirements.

Subsequently, we collaborated with a UI/UX designer to develop an initial mockup of the proposed product.

The next step involved the development of the first version of their real estate marketing dashboard.

Post-release, we implemented incident monitoring and established a customer feedback loop to ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the product.

Challenges and Resolutions:

A significant challenge was balancing the immediate demands of Zentap's existing customer base with the development of a long-term solution.

We employed the RICE (Reach, Impact, Complexity, Effort) methodology to prioritize customer complaints, bug reports, and feature requests, determining whether they required immediate attention or integration into the ongoing dashboard development.

Results and Impact:

Since the implementation of our solutions, Zentap has tripled its user base and increased its capacity to produce flyers and videos by tenfold.

Conclusion and Future Outlook:

Our approach effectively balances the management of immediate issues with the development of scalable, more time-intensive solutions. This approach was successfully applied in our project with Zentap, addressing their immediate needs while constructing a comprehensive marketing platform.

Looking ahead, our strategy includes leveraging AI-based solutions, both internally and for client-facing applications, to further enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
